Honesty and Justice

The concept of 'honesty' or 'integrity' is often ridden with notional values. That is in many personalities, we can find this concept as an obsession of fancy. The motivation for being honest or upright is not the real will or grit or determination, it is only just fear. Keeping the image of 'being honest' has become a fancy in some public personalities, though it can be denied that this concept does not apply to private industry. I feel that there is no real purpose in just being honest for the sake of honesty. Such personalities are not down to earth practical. They are always driven by the fear of honesty, in that they will hesitate to extend a genuine help to the deserved ones. The fear of somebody assuming them as dishonest or having approved of favouritism, will be haunting their minds so badly that they will refuse to recognise reason in the genuine cases where one has to exercise justice. ...JUST includes honesty, but does HONESTY include just ?.......IF the concept of honesty in a job is driven by fear but not by the will or grit, then efficiency of the job will be the casualty.
